He got scared at last moment and now it is trying to hold on (imagine as holding fart for 20 years or so,... anyone would get insane, but old fart still holds on keeping that fart). He has broken through to intermediate stage 20 years ago, he just doesn't release it keeping all that energy inside. Viagra serves part as inducing horny state and part as drug to remove inhibitions,... next what will be followed is chaining him up, putting the sack over his head and group beating the shit out of him. That is all to overflow him with all different emotions across all ranges until old fart finally forgets he is keeping that energy at bay and finally farts the damn last step needed to reach next stage.
